Thanks, Dew, I forgot I wrote that much about the company. Amazing that they have continued this long. Kersten has been with the company since 1987. He must be the longest-serving CEO in the history of biotech. And CVM has been working on the same drug all that time!

Here's a little nugget I just found on their website:

Mr. Baillavoine has European and American educations (US high school and University of Wisconsin Eau Claire 1972-1976)

Baillavoine is a director. I have never seen a director have his or her high school--CVM doesn't tell you which high school--listed as one of their accomplishments. Did the guy graduate? Maybe he got a G.E.D. LOLOL
