Someone sure has been capping the price on WYY for a good while now. It seems there's always 10-20K on the ask, with only a couple hundred on the bid. With the paltry daily volume, it's enough to keep it just lying here near the bottom. I actually caught myself buying another thousand the other day. If their revenue stays on track when they announce in May, I think this thing has got to move. But WDIK?
