Here's how the price could go up fast:

At present the mood is dark as the reality of being on the Nasdaq sets in, but if Rory has something like this cooking then the picture could change dramatically:

Rory recently mentioned something that suggested possible agreements with half a dozen or more MLMs, which are presumably SC clients.

IF he can get ONE of them with say 200,000 distributors to agree to include an additional amount in their monthly subscription fee of say $5 in order to use the updated app version, then that amounts to $12 million additional revenue a year, and likely at least $8 million to the bottom line.

This is what Rory has been swinging for over the last 2 years because he knows that would be a homerun.

An extra $8m to the bottom line at say 20m OS at that time would be .40 in earnings. A likely PE would be above 50, which is a share price of $20. A valuation using the Price to Share ratio of 6 on that new money would increase the market cap by over $80m, or $4 a share. With positive earnings a PE is going to be weighed more than a PS. Of course they will still have expenses, but it is likely the price would be somewhere between because this kind of deal would create anticipation for more such deals, and ones with far larger MLM companies.

The Young Living MLM app is called YLShare and has over 700 reviews -- and a good rating. Good ratings should imply a willingness to pay something for the app, so maybe they've got a shot. Young Living is said to have several million members worldwide, and YL is just one of dozens on MLM cos that have members using the branded app made by SC.

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
