Yep. I contacted their IR today and he confirmed that they expect a final ruling any day now on the Apple 3 suit and then final ruling on Apple 4 in the 3rd or 4th quarter. He stated that he feels Apple will definitely pay once these rulings are complete and also stated VHC is earning interest on all money currently owed to them. Therefore, the final end of the road judgment that Apple will pay will be considerably higher than the current amount owed.
