Yes, but prescription medicines are allowed to be advertised on tv, so, do you want to compete with that? A warm and fuzzy commercial featuring "real people" with a speedy disclaimer at the end?

For that same reason I hope for the opposite, that VLN gets designated a prescription medicine and ecigs are banned from advertising.
