I don't pretend to know anything about the deferred tax assets :)

I got in as a deep value merger arbitrage and am only posting to warn people to really read the February disclosure... I wish I had. The settlement with CCI is not good.

I have a small position I'm holding because I got in at $0.08 and am kind of yoloing since we're down at $0.30, but I won't be buying any more and am trying to unload 10k shares.
