hey guys sorry if this is a dumb question , but im new to all of this

"Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof? [ ] Yes [X] No"

does this mean no new ownership / rm info will be on this report or is it just asking if any profits / loses exceed the norm? Again i am basically just a brand new baby at this so excuse my ignorance.
