I am confused.

In the last episode they had the challenge to allow one person back in the game. After the challenge Jeff told the rest of them that they could go back to the Edge of Extinction and they all were jumping up and down in excitement.

At the next vote Jeff brought in the jury but it was only 3 people. Where were the others? Did they decide to go home?
