Anything that prevents fresh capitalization is good for the shareholders. I think because this was floating around Common got sold off and the Bonds were trading above par.

Now it has been put to rest I think Common will go back to 18's.

Governor is going to look out for Fire victims, consumers but also Future of PG&E. I don't think he wants them to get control PG&E. That is good for retail. Tomorrow is the deadline for the Board announcement, we will see what the new Board looks like.
