I have played OTC since early 90's before on line trading made it cheap to make trades. Not many bigger scams. If we go back to basis before first 1 for 1000 r/s. They have issued trillions of shares. Yet prefers have always owned 6/7ths no matter how much they diluted common. Never seen many issue more fake pr's and that many shares. I've seen Sec halt many for a few false pr's and one r/s. This scam has done more then any I have seen.
