I don't care those blah, blah, blah. What I care for is to make money shorting this. Good luck to you and good luck to me, in the end whoever did the right DD wins right? Right. Remember shorts are much more sophisticated then longs could ever dream of becoming, I know that because I am mostly long, I only short biotech and energy sector. I've done my homework on this, in-fact I was one of the original investors in BPTH 4000 shares at average 2.60 sold them all at 49 dollars, then this came along the following day, I looked and looked and researched and said no way, no how, dirty company.
