Yeah, it is strange. They pay out very small amounts for 2 months, then on month 3 they pay out large amounts. And this is constant, not once in a while. However, if you add up all the divys for one year, it equals what their yearly dividend is. Not sure why they do this. Have to dig into this.

Will definitely check out CRF, CLM. Thanks!
