Impatient sellers probably buying *RUS possibly? V first letter. I had over quarter Million shares and sold on impatience. Won't let that happen here. I'd rather have news like this than pump N Dump stuff. No way paying $325k, filings and spending this much time to just let this thing die. CBD and other could be big. Real Big. Good luck.
