The great thing about mREITS is they dont have to fear any Fed rates for 2019. That's lifted a lot of spirits knowing Powell wont continue to screw up the economy. They think a strong jobs report means the economy can handle more rate hikes? NO those people who are getting work are more in debt than any of us.

I wonder if the market will turn around now that DJT has been exonerated from the witch hunt. We need some kind of shot in the arm.
