Summer- we get the proposal.

Between this time, PMTA and MRTP of XXII is approved... that'll defeat the "feasibility" argument... ...you remember the webinar from the FDA with regard to XXII's research cigs? Oh it's feasible- and the FDA will prove it once both apps are approved. The approval will mean the acknowledgement of the science...

Hold your stomach in til this summer for the cig piece... if Henry can actually strike a deal with hemp, or something, prior to the proposal, well that would be candy.
