Says he is looking for a lease back arrangement to continue operations of the resort and develop a time share property at the gardens. Also states "brokers thought listing the property was the best way to attract new investment"

Not really sure what to this of this news. Hopefully we are still on track for updated financials and the RM is still the plan.
