Steve said in the fins as of January 31 2019 the O/S was 4,647267244. Subtract the 1.4 billion share reduction and the new O/S reported to the OTC should in February should have been 3,247,267,244. It wasn't. He said the new O/S was only 3,105,705,518. Hiding 140+ million from the O/S he reported to the orc. The numbers don't lie . Steve does.
