Thanks. Further >> last year at some point, there were a few posters on the ANDI board complaining they were issued dividend shares by William White, but they were preferred shares. I can't find those posts. They are many months old -- possibly a year ago. But I'm not done looking. I seem to remember one of the aliases might have been >> whynot3. But that's not my point.

My point is, I believe they were Series C preferred shares and those posters were complaining that they were not allowed to convert them -- while ANDI was trading around $.03. So now White claims he will be taking the shares issued to ANDI by Keer and divi'ing them to shareholders. I'll be curious to see if they are preferred shares -- again.
