Give them time? What do you mean? They don’t need to add shares except for the ones being issued if the merger deal is closed in combination of cash and shares or just shares. That being said, that would not be considered dilution as the valuation of the company will be heightened dramatically. The deal should actually take the stock price higher.

No dilution here as the company continues to make efforts to uplist to the Nasdaq.
