I guess there is an issue with the fact that the charges against MSX are all lies based on all lies. If the BCSC was doing their job as they are paid to do, they would have invited Barrick in to show their titles to Pascua Lama and would have invited MSX & JL in to show their titles. At that point there would be no need for the tribunal and the panel of BCSC appoint panelists. But they didnt.... Instead they lied and said that there was no trial going on in Chile yet the paperwork shows there was. In fact the MSX news release shows that Peter Brady on July 6 2018 was at the Chile Consulate signing in. Yet Peter Brady says that this does not exist, but it does exist.
Now imagine that Roco Galati has been empowered by the Chile court to get to the bottom of the lies. Here it comes to Canada and the BCSC will need to answer along with the OSC and Barrick Gold Corp.
Now this is going to be interesting..........
