Gers. Thanks for your scholarship, I just can't give the time to this thing that I would like to! Your Post about our agreement with Attis made me look into the PPs and VOLUME #'s for both Co's?
While Gers is at about .0974 or so, and with a 90 day Volume of about 13,000+, Attis is at $2.85 with a 90 day volume of about 165,000! Okay both are at some sort of upswing lately, with Attis constantly rising after their R/S, and Gers making that LARGE upswing to .0974 just in the last week or so, which suggests one thing to me, and there is a greater excitement potential with GERS, due to that HUGE potential settlement that is lying around the corner somewhere? Then the Boys, maybe when Winsness was still with us working his butt off inventing things of REAL value, (With partners of course) seemed to hit upon the RIGHT areas of Technical focus and stuck with it!
Then, they were smart and wise enough to gain "Patent USER" contracts which made many of us believe that this was a very stable company in the making, collecting Quarterly monies and for years, not just days or Months! The Sunoco's, Marathons, Seacor's and others, thought enough of our Products to keep renewing their contracts, making me a firm believer that Gers "HAD SOMETHING" 99% of the other Co's didn't have! And that was greater ingenuity and Tech skills far above the average? Now consider this, which might have proved that point to the ultimate if we weren't handed a dirty deck of cards by some of the Alleged infringing Co's, which I must categorize as True to bring forth the next set of Possibilities/Probabilities....
1) Say 50 % of the Present defendants had signed Contracts much as Sunoco did, and profits were flying in proportionally?
a) Gers might have sought and Bought other Co's with those profits, slowly adding to our collection of well working collaborative Co's
b) Then what we all know is that the Technical Patent frenzy would have increased somewhat, adding to our prestigious number of patents?
c) That certainly would have brought more attention to us by a convinced public?
2) Now our association with Attis? Will it take away from our original focus that was working so well in the bygone days? Will we have enough Independence to continually improve what we already have, or will Attis influence us to go in their direction, which I believe, (But I don't know them well enough,) has to be in another direction somewhat? We are dealing with people who have voice in what we do, so will we lose that Independent Spark we once had? Possibly I would think?
a) We now are 20 percenters and Attis 80 percenters from our offering of what we had in FLUX and the joint venture in JV's or whatever it is called? Yes the new Combine facility seems to have high goals, but to me that will benefit ATTIS for the most part IMO?
Yes, we were caught in a trap with this Lingering Case going on and might not have been able to withstand the financial collapse without the help from Attis, but with that deal comes concessions as we were in such a bind that we again had to do with Initial Triple zero Co's always do when they desperately need money, and that is to say yes to offers that we might not be completely pleased with, maybe even hate down to the core? We gave up a lot IMO, and now we might be saddled with another Co' in a subordinate role to some extent, which might get us off the track, who knows? Now comes the Power point?
Attis has nowhere near the dollar potential that Gers has when we consider the Court case and the patent Contracts that have already proven their power and worth! Can the new association with Attis, who has both different and like goals to some extent, take us away from what we know best, and forever lose our way? It will be a different world with Attis, though they will be working with what we provided them to a great extent! KK did what he had to do, and I surely hope it works out? But our success will come if we win the Court case and continue to Contract-out patent Licenses IMO.
Then, if the Court Case goes our way, even just amounting to maybe 50% of what we asked for, we might be able to recapture all that we have lost, maybe left with a considerably large Treasure chest besides? That would put KK back in a position where all he has worked for and passionately accomplished, will once again become what it once was, a Co' with fantastic potential, where our PPS could reach where Attis's PPS is right now, in the $2.85 cent range! I just want KK and his associates to continue on the path they originally carved out for themselves! But then again, not all the parts are there that once were, and Winsness was one of the major parts! So we shall see what other confusing actions take place? The best to all!!
