Hmm.
1. Teaming up with High Times? Seems I heard that LAST YEAR. That claim all but vanished. And what does "teaming up" actually mean? Is Sal going to spend MORE of your money to buy ads in High Times? Is that "teaming up?" How does a magazine generate income? SELLING ADS.

Oh, check the date on that. February 2018? 2018?

2. 22 Billion by 2022? Who calculated this and how? Notice how it says "MAY grow 40 times this size—to $22 billion by 2022—if the 2018 Farm Bill passes." Well, we saw the effect of the passage of the Farm bill. Dud. And 2022? That's three years from now. You're going to hold on for ANOTHER THREE YEARS?

3. That $2MIL purchase order is a thing of the past. Sal couldn't deliver and lost that alleged sale.

4. And now. "debt free." BS. Wait until you see the newest financials that were due February 28, 2019. With no revenue, and ongoing expenses, and now having to add FOUR TIMES the amount of machinery and Sal stating he has to hire more employees, and OTHER ongoing operating expenses, and LYING for the last year that they were debt free, this claim is totally bogus. Plus the new Reg A offering. HE'S BROKE AND NEEDS $5MIL, according to HIM, to continue on with his new business plan.

Gee Dezzy. You're an easy mark.
