The most puzzling piece I find is if NK tells me in an email about Pope and Levin fleecing the company dry and then basically split town, why did he knowingly put out the PR of the fins being filed “on or about January 31, 2018” under his watch and then never had time for a supplemental PR stating there has been a delay in the fins process to keep stringing along the investors prior to a suspension/revocation. Even more importantly is if Pope and Levin fleeced this company and screwed him over, why has he not personally or legally tried to prevent this from happening again by these two and more importantly defend the shareholders of this company...
