LAKF: First trade yesterday 500 shares whack @ .50, shell company, 11M o/s 3M float. Has a $2 ask, which seems quite high, but I guess it depends on if it's getting a RM or not, don't see an 8K yet, but you often do shortly after a new issue shell first starts trading.
