This pps faded today as it should it was not because any of the typical conspiracy theories people bring up. Most people already own the stock but there were enough who were willing to take a modest gain. The company is aggressively looking for a partner and now I'm sure they are going to get an agreement that is very favorable. The whole point is if you were adding or buying your first position today, there is no reason to buy aggressively when you could let the shares come to you. What do you think the people who bought pre-market in the mid 4's were thinking as the day went on?
