Like I've said , how much money has been raised by this company selling shares without ever having to show a product , personally I think it should be illegal.

SMHL You should do some DD before making wild accusations. Since the time current management took over all shares are accounted for in their financial reports.

As of 6/30/17 they had 116,724,295 shares outstanding

3FQ17 Alternet 10-Q

38,908,098 shares were issued to Ed Bollen the president of Lithium IP holdings upon the merger of the companies. Ed has voting control of the company. I couldn't find any shares owned by Randy Torno.

During 3rd quarter 2018 (the last financials that were published)...

3FQ18 Alternet 10-Q

Shares issued for Period ended September 30, 2018 – 20,283,710

15,000,000 shares issued to Thilo Dunker free trading (Rule 144) @ $0.001 per share via debt conversion on 08/29/2018 and 5,283,710 shares issued to Glenwood Partners, LP free trading (Rule 144) @ $0.001 per share via debt conversion on 09/25/2018.

...the OS count at the end of that quarter was 182,223,700 as of 9/30/18

Consequently,

116,724,295 shares outstanding as of 6/30/17
+ 38,908,098 merger shares
+ 15,000,000 debt shares
+ 5,283,710 debt shares

That leaves roughly 6 million shares unaccounted for that I'm sure we could track down if we combed through the rest of the financials. That's about a whopping $6,307 at a $.001/share conversion.

My, they're really ripping off shareholders aren't they? LMAO
