Before you throw money at them. Keep in mind that with an estimated $12 million of debt and the $5 million market cap. Praxsyn is asking for a valuation of $17 million. For a company that has been inactive for so long, i wouldn't be surprised if the stock price dropped to half or less after they release their financials.
