BWMG, totally agreed with you. This is a way much better than running the business operation by borrowing toxic financial, such as convertible note in deep discount convertible rate. At least These shareholders do not want to sell their shares below current pps level and will hold them for a long-term investment. We do not need to worry pps going down further uncertainly. The company get the fund push the business forward. I think it is a win-win-win solution.
