What's missing is management's continued inability to articulate exactly what's going on between the two companies. It's a Frankenstein that Kal Malhi created. Now shareholders are left on the hook painstakingly trying to figure out the underground strategy. Algernon doesn't know why Yost is helping Owlstone Medical, and how it benefits Algernon. On it's face it's a clear conflict of interest, but that's allowed in Pennyland. So we all wait until due respect is given to common shareholders, but holding your breath will kill you.
