Major paradigm move with Afrezza. Diabetics and Dr's have to throw out the old rules of treating diabetes. Its one of the difficult issues facing this new platform as its unlike any other insulin. Almost everything diabetics and Dr's know about treating this disease goes out the window with Afrezza.

The results are incredible, but initial renewals were low because diabetics didn't know how to use Afrezza. When to take it, how much to take, can you take more after already inhaling a certain amount, and a host of other initial challenges. Its actually quite easy and very simple to use, but initial users weren't properly educated.

We are now in a great situation and I really think this summer scrips will see a hockey stick move. Looking forward to the embarrassment of riches we were all promised by Matt several years ago.
