Not a matter of if there will be a promo.....but when. If it's a decent one, even though the o/s is higher, it's still a new issue that's only .10 cents.....lots of room to run IMO, if they can manage to execute it properly.

Not in yet but with the volume finally starting, it's definitely on high alert.
