LOL, yes, I once had hundreds of thousands of shares. I remember some of the posters here but many are long gone - Ira has passed away; Chazzy hasn't surfaced for a long time.

So I had sold and I had no shares until the recent ruling came out. I had taken my loss (tens of thousands) and had forgotten about HDVY. But my friend Karl, who had never sold his shares, alerted me on the patent win. If only he had waited a week I could have bought most of my recent purchases closer to .05 than .10!!

I would not even remotely suggest that this is a sure thing and that the stock price is about to take off. We'll have to see how this plays out. We are in a vacuum - we don't know what the patents are worth and what is going on behind the scenes. But HDVY was the victor on the patent dispute - it's up to Intel to do something now. At .05, IMO a few shares seem appropriate for anyone with a speculative inclination.
