Snobar is an interesting product. Not for me but I can see a nice market for it.

The issue is with the debts and some shady past dealings.

The CEO and family background is sketchy. Father in laws...fathers....husbands....all have their hand in the pie. And with the CEO and hubby shady past you've got to be careful here.

Anybody know the terms of the $2.1 million promissory note to TCA Global Fund? Convertible?
