Not at all concerned about the spellings of his name. He's from Russia, has close ties to Israel and now the US. Not uncommon for there to be several spellings on a variety of documents. I do work on my family's history-all here in the US and over the years the name has changed multiple times.
Think of the ways clarke has been spelled, most of whom may go back to a common ancestor.
