This is some bad information to scare people out of shares. That's why there was a run to gobble up shares a couple weeks after this was posted.

This would not continue to trade if the only people who can benefit from holding was set in stone on 11/16. Pre-petition shareholders refers to the shares that existed at that time. If there was a freeze to specific individual shareholders they would be referred to as shareholders of record on a certain date.
