EMA's injunctive relief request got denied and the judge set a summary judgement hearing date which gives VYST more than plenty of time to file their full countersuit. The briefing schedule is set for April 27th, and VYST has to respond by May May 3rd. So for now VYST obtained their 1st win getting EMA's injunctive relief request dismissed...and now we await VYST's full countersuit pacer update...and logic strongly suggests VYST will begin releasing all their big catalysts next week forward!
