No problem -- Doesn't mean it'll turn out to be true, but that's what I was told, and so far I have found IR to be reliable with their info. In this case, the licensing is out of Quadrons hands, but with the connections and legitimacy of both Rosy and Howard Goldman & the Goldman Family, I would hope they can get this licensing pushed through smoothly.
