I doubt to many people will just buy at the ask until it's too late. The human mentality, when it comes to money, never ceases to stupify me. I'm a tile guy, although an exceptional one, that witnesses people trying to say a buck by going with the unlicensed or uninsured low bidder just to get screwed.
Anybody looking to bid sit, don't screw yourself and pay the ask. Better yet, slap the ask for a small portion, then hit it again and so on and you'll see that the trades will be free at least. Heck you'll probably show a profit. Use your head,use the ask,and use this board. DFCO
