Ticker is deleted by FINRA after final revocation, iTalk Inc. Common shares are now only represented by their cusip 465353100.

If by some true miracle they wanted to trade again as an SEC registrant, providing three years audited totals it would be a different ticker.

Not sure if they could apply to be an alternative company on OTC Markets, but I don't think these guys are doing anything personally.

I would think the ticker could be reused after some time by another unrelated company.

If another company takes the ticker means nothing for iTalk Inc. Common holders.
