I see your point, but I'm relying on the %5+ owners knowing they KNOW whether or not this a good deal for them. You may very well be one of those "Longs". I have bought and sold this stock 2x since the last clinical trial failed to meet endpoint goals. However, I was a bit surprised to learn of the RM and sold below $2 on the PR. After studying the "deal" more, I re-bought Friday. I'm more confident GTXi will pay out more in the long run, and that's what the "Longs" are ultimately here for. Meanwhile, I trade short term and take advantage of the volatility which is large at this time.
