Of course those lawsuits usually go nowhere. Let me ask you, don't you think the better merger would have been GTXI swallowing Oncternal, for some cash, stock?

The NASDAQ listing, and all the cash already here with GTXI. Oncternal really has nothing, aside from their pipeline of candidates, and GTXI could have come in and helped them along without betraying public shareholders here.

Together, they do look good, but we existing shareholders don't get the fullest benefit of what could have been, imo.

Oncternal might have been out of funding/grant options and we could have been their White Knight.

I feel we got the short end, and now there could be added legal expenses.
