Mike Pence was in Bogota 3 weeks ago, and Trump loves coal. I wonder if campo was able to make friends with some senators?

In my opinion, if the CAR grants that enviro license then we are good to go.

Campo may be holding off on getting the audits done until there is a guarantee that the mine will open.
