My exact thoughts. If current management and leadership is disastrous then the company needs to be purchased and run with real long term visionary leadership. The industry is much to big to have this model not work. If you go into their dispensaries, it almost has the feel of an Apple store with the tables and computers. The workers there seem very professional and organized. Greedy ignorant management is never good for any business. To much money to quickly without knowing how to manage and allocate it is a problem. Let’s see.
