That should put us about 4 August 2019 for the entire process to take place. That is 4 July 2019 (4 months from today) to the submission date and another month for the form request to be approved by the OTCBB:

Reference, "...we’re looking at about four or five months until the process is completed and the form is filed...."

Hopefully, in this time period, the sublingual and pet division products will be up and running. It could take an extra month if ADVT uses 5 months instead of 4 months to submit the form request. That would put us on or about 5 Sept 2019.
