I remember that the company said sometime in December that there are about 15 million shares outstanding. The last offering created 8 million shares, and I think most of the rest came from Wainwright-arranged ATM issuances under the October agreement between RSLS and Wainwright.

That being said, the stock brokerage sites say there are only 8 million shares outstanding.
