In order for $BCAP to change its name to Southern Consulting it needs to do several things. Among the many things, $BCAP will need to file all the missing Quarterly and Annual Disclosure Reports, Attorney Opinion Letter, announce updates to shareholders, and only then apply to FINRA for a corporate name and ticker change.

As has been seen in in hundreds of other OTC tickers, once the corporation is brought back from Caveat Emptor, or STOP, to Yield, and then Pink Current it generates a run in the stock.

$BCAP is currently at STOP



However its share structure is updated as of 03/01/2019



There's quite a bit to play for here.
