I think there are too many shares in both INNX & QNXC outstanding for the amount of the gold required to cover the proposed amount of gold per share in both companies..Remember that according to the information in under the headers INNX/QNXC in the JFC site it states a substantial increase in shares and the float for both. That info sort of contradicts from I understand what a reverse merger does. I see in a reverse merger the shares of both being consolidated and the current shareholders given a 1 for 10, 1 for 100 swap etc to reduce the number of shares. Unless we get a 1 for 1 swap in the new entity.
