That is the correct assumption....it stops the note holders delivery of entitled 144 form shares to be converted into the trading market and what is out in the trading float is what you got , period till further notice!....they bled and drove the pps down in a naked short selling scheme and now need shares desperately to cover up....any further OPTI positive updates sends this back up like a rocketship with just a 2 million out and looking locked up in strong hands.....took just 26k of buying to move this at the end of the day another .13 to close at .48 pps.....gltu and imho ,tryz
