2.94/.7 is approximately =4 4X $35MM = $144MM. Where would EYES get the money? EYES knows if they execute successfully with ORION; they own a multi-Billion dollar market. It would be impossible to better define a market. A redemption clause is often used as an acquisition insurance policy. If ORION becomes a reality EYES will be acquired. This allows acquiring company to take out these EYESW units. In this eventuality EYESW would explode in price. The acquisition company would absolutely take out these shares at $2.94. I doubt if we will ever get more than $2.94. As far as, when to buy any security, and at what price? You may know more than I. If you do the math EYESW is a screaming buy as compared to EYES.
