You are right. I don't get it. LOL! Here's what I think:
1. Constant dilution is necessary. That's what pays for the overseas trips.
2. No OS reduction via share buyback. That's the siren song of the pink sheets. One of the siren songs. Going to the 'Q is another. Both have been told here.
3. Bank fund is a fantasy. Can't make chicken salad outta chicken sh*t.
4. The dividend? Wait, which dividend? The one that was promised back in 2012 to make up for the 1 for 1500 reverse split? Or the APR gold shares dividend? Both are just so ridiculous I have to laugh just typing this. My guess is neither ever materializes.
5. What else hasn't been forgotten yet? Oh yeah, the Diamond Exchange. Yes. Another fantasy I think.
6. As long as conversions need to take place, we will continue to have nonsensical message board pumping and the occasional press release
